Slow service. Shop is always under staffed. Oil Change and check engine light took all day. Always have to call to check vehicle status. Forgot to reset oil status Shop is always under staffed. Oil Change and check engine light took all day. Always have to call to check vehicle status. Forgot to reset oil status and put new oil sticker in windshield. Didn't have O2 sensor in stock. Been over 2 weeks since service visit and haven't heard if O2 is back in stock. Would go elsewhere if there was another Ford dealer nearby. More

I had to be at the dealership at 8 o’clock in the morning to get my car looked at and serviced. I was going for a recall inspection and it took for me to finally talk to a manager for my car to be seen. My c to get my car looked at and serviced. My car didn’t get a check to about 330 that afternoon so I was there all day and if I didn’t talk to the manager at the very end of the day my car Wouldn’t have been fixed. They actually called me and told me they couldn’t service my car today so I talk to the manager. More
