Absolutely ZERO communication. I was ignored, passed around the phone system, my vehicle was kept for WEEKS and they were unable to fix my issue. I took my car in for a scheduled appointment. They did not get to the car at all day one. On day two I picked up the car and took elsewhere. Usually I get great service.
