Working with Koons Ford of Annapolis was a great experience. The sales representative was exemplary- he listened to our requests and delivered exactly what we wanted. The finance/warranty person use experience. The sales representative was exemplary- he listened to our requests and delivered exactly what we wanted. Earl and his technicians went above and beyond working with Ford to fix my vehicle properly. They jumped through every hoop that Ford required them to do in order to prove my engine was defective and that with Ford to fix my vehicle properly. They did what was right for the customer and I am very grateful for all of their hard work. I feel so much safer in my vehicle now. More
