I have been going to Koons Ford Annapolis for about ten years maybe. I go because Intrust them with my vehicle which is actually saying, I trust them with my life. The gentleman that helped me was calling his co-worker a F***ing idiot at least 5 times to me a customer. They weren't able to complete the inspection so I had to come back another time to get that done alo F***ing idiot at least 5 times to me a customer. They weren't able to complete the inspection so I had to come back another time to get that done along with my basic maintenance. They also tried to charge me around $130 when I already have a maintenace package that covers all that. They changed the price to $25, but it should've been free of charge. I paid about $2k when I bought my vehicle for that maintenace package, but still get charged. I recently moved to the Annapolis area from Alexandria. Haven't had any issues at other Ford dealerships. Malloy Ford of Alexandria is fantastic. Koons Ford of Annapolis is terrible. Will never go back to this dealership. More

Would benefit from having a Overall dealership manager that could oversee the entire dealership from sales to service. They could teach the new car sales folks how important it is to be connected to the s that could oversee the entire dealership from sales to service. They could teach the new car sales folks how important it is to be connected to the service dept and how to explain how the service dept works etc . Having the Finance person sell you a maintenance plan when they have no idea how service actually services new vehicles adds to customer confusion. Ford says service every 10K so maintenance plan purchased based on that. Suddenly at 21K Im on 3rd 10k service ? Because dealers resets vehicle still for service every 5k ! Had I been advised of that I woulda bought more services or more time. Service reps complain of being made to do everything in the place from make coffee to answer doors ect. Advised me didn't have enough time to answer my questions about how my 2 new vehicles are serviced. Ford tells you they have concierge services They can pick up and drop off . Service Adviser doesnt know how it works tells you they don't do that for ford . However the Van driver tells you yes they do this and this is the person to schedule it with. Fast oil change apparently must be done early in am and you roll up to some lane for it ..No one told me that ? Truck serviced and the computer not reset for next service. Phone app telling me oil no good light on dash ..Is there oil in it? Have to take more time to drive to dealer to get it computer reset properly. This Dealer really needs an overhaul for entire place to make it more customer service friendly ..I have no complaints with the 2 new trucks ..however I cringe every time I think Im gonna have to go into service area and try to get help ! Would not recommend for service at this time. You think that someone that had bought 3 trucks in 2 years at this dealership would be able to get at least minimum acceptable service ..These folks could benefit from having an actual consumer involved in their management to help them understand how they can improve things to make a consumers experience excellent every time they come to the dealer. More
