Arrived at dealership about 30 minutes prior to opening for an oil change but there were already about 6 cars ahead of me. Still got my car back at just about an hour allowing time for me to return with m for an oil change but there were already about 6 cars ahead of me. Still got my car back at just about an hour allowing time for me to return with my second car for the same service. And again, I was out in roughly an hour. My windows seized open and I couldn’t get an appointment online within 2 weeks so I called the next day. The operator spoke with the manager and they told me to just come in and they were going to just lock online within 2 weeks so I called the next day. The operator spoke with the manager and they told me to just come in and they were going to just lock it in the up position until my appointment for repair. When I got there the manager said that since the door panels needed to come off to reset the windows up, they would just do the repair so the charge would be lower and I was out within an hour.
