I never received my service, which was just an oil change. Waited 2 hours (after scheduling at 10:00 am appointment), got up to get an update only to find out that they had not even pulled my car back change. I get being behind, but had they communicated that up front, or even as soon as they found out, I could have made other arrangements so that my time wasn’t wasted. The first appointment I had scheduled (with an email confirming the appointment) when I showed up, they had no record of my appointment. Blamed it on a glitch and told me they could not fit me in. So after taking off work and coordinating a ride I had to apologize to my ride that they followed me there for no reason and I had to return another day. I did email a copy of the confirmation to Koons showing I was not making this up and never heard back from anyone. The following appointment Koons finally replicated the issue I was having during a road test but could replicate in the shop. As a result I had to schedule another appointment as I needed my vehicle back after it was in the shop for 2 days. BTW this same issue occuring within 4 months of me purchasing the vehicle and they were unable to replicate the issue then. I returned for the follow up appointment and contacted me that the issue was fixed. The cost was $230 but i am not sure why this is not covered under the warranty as this did occcur first during the original warranty and I also purchased the extended warranty. Debating whether it is worth the trouble. Also still waiting on the documentation from the work ordre to review that was to be emailed to me. More
I was without my vehicle for an entire month, partially because the service dept did not diagnose the problem for nearly 3 weeks even though I told them what I thought the problem was related to. They could not tell me if it would be covered under warranty so I could not rent a car. The only positive was that they waived the diagnostic fees. More
Both my husband and I have Ford vehicles. Every time we have needed maintenance we are always very happy with the customer service and the work done by the mechanics. We always rely on Mike Trease for his explanation of the problem and the costs associated with the repairs. He is a true asset to the Service Department. Everyone is always professional and courteous as well. We wouldn't take our cars anywhere else. More
