Customer service is poor. They lost the appointment that I made over a week ago. Bounced me between 2 people who couldn't help me. Kind of a Meh experience with this dealer. 1) sales sends all the Docusign paperwork and doesn’t even have the right first name on the paperwork. Tried to get us to sign it saying “don’t w 1) sales sends all the Docusign paperwork and doesn’t even have the right first name on the paperwork. Tried to get us to sign it saying “don’t worry, it’s correct on the title”… literally wanted me sign a bank loan document without the right name cause he was trying not to re-do the paperwork. Now my son is getting a bunch of junk mail to the wrong name so we know who’s selling off that info. Loan officer stated gap insurance was required and it was “only $200” and then the Docusign came through at $700. Then the finance guy said he never said $200. It was a $40k sale and they delivered the vehicle with a key that had a busted case. Next day the check engine came on and their service writer kid had no clue. 3 times we asked to update the info, final paperwork doesn’t even have first or last name spelled correctly. Gone 20 min and comes back “I think they cleared the codes”…. So then we had to talk to the tech to find out what was actually done to fix it. When asked for paperwork, the kid said “you don’t need paperwork, you didn’t have to pay for it. More
