I had a tire rotation performed along with a recall. I was pressured to have an oil change although my oil was changed within 2,000 miles of this visit. It took a while to get everything resolved (Oil Change was ok, Steering column required tapping resources from a different dealership thanks Mike, and then a throttle body issue - 3 different events, one was ok, Steering column required tapping resources from a different dealership thanks Mike, and then a throttle body issue - 3 different events, one right after the other).
