The next thing is that they dont diagnose anything until they tell you what they THINK* is wrong, and you sign an estimate guaranteeing you'll pay the amount they THINK* it will cost. Also, you'll most likely have to pay to re-program the car before they can do anything. They have never, ever confirmed if my parts are covered by the warranty beforehand (which i get it, it depends on why the part is faulty), but the issue is that every question you ask them, they always say they dont know. Expect that if your car needs to stay overnight, there will be communication before everyone leaves for the day. Lastly, if you're a woman, just have your husband call and deal with them, because if its a woman speaking to them, nothing is covered under the warranty, but if a man calls, parts are magically covered.
