Advisor and head of service are very customer friendly but your technician is awful. He did get my radio back but then he screwed up the GPS and I had to have my car brought back to you again. Someone just told me that all cars made during the pandemic are crappy . This seems to be the case with my car. Waited 7 or so weeks for a new battery on a 2022 car. Car died in fast line on highway.
