I purchased a vehicle which still had 3 oil changes remaining , but I was told it was now out of the service contract after I was assured that it would be honored when I purchased the vehicle. The service adviser was great. But I was unhappy with the tech that did the work. He left grease all over the front fenders and drivers door. Poor job repairing scratches on my vehicle. Told them I wasn’t pleased and they basically blew me off.
