For the first time, I'm happy to say I'm very pleasant with the service I received. Dealer deviously did not inform me that matte paint requires special washing by hand and avoid commercial car washes. Window sticker did not use the word “matte”. When a Hyundai manual was found that explained necessary care and required sales manager to sign it and customer to sign it, the manager and salesman said they were not aware of such a requirement. I tried to back out of sale since at my age I cannot hand wash the Palisade. They said I had signed all papers and Hyundai company would not allow cancellation. Not being able to hire an attorney, I gave up in desperation and anger! More
