We had an excellent experience! My husband did a lot or research leading up to our purchase and he was not here to mess around. They understood that immediately. We had picked out a car to try online and our dealer, Dennis Frimpong, had it waiting out front, as well as à right beauty. À navy blue Hyundai Venue with a white top. She was magnificent. Feels like I’m flying AirFrance when sitting in it. (All I’m missing is a piece of Brie cheese). This was our second stop and we still had one more shop to visit but seeing as how I really liked the car my husband asked for the “out the door price” and they provided. We went to the third shop, had lunch, and went right back to Safford to scoop up the Hyundai. Dennis was amazing. I think it was only his second week working there but he was quick to make connections. When I said my name he told me his daughter shared the SAME NAME. Is this true? I don’t know but I was in! Haha. He shared that she was 8 months old and we told him we have an almost 8 month old!!! We had such an amazing time. The mocha was delicious. They provided me (the wife) an iPad so I could watch the USA game (because I’m the football fan in the partnership) while we were taking care of all the paper work. Truly, à 5 star expérience. I would go back in a heartbeat. If you have all your affairs in order they are excellent to work with so I can only imagine how helpful they are if you just walk in and have no idea what you’re doing. Merci!!

★★★★★ You’ll Want to Read This One to the End In June, my daughter was involved in an accident caused by an uninsured driver, and her car was totaled. Understandably, we were anxious to find a replacement as quickly as possible. We considered Mazda, Toyota, Honda, Ford, and Hyundai. After test-driving the Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited, my daughter knew it was the vehicle she wanted. Since we live in Fairfax, we contacted and visited nearly every Hyundai dealership in Northern Virginia searching for a white Tucson Hybrid Limited with a gray interior. Unfortunately, several dealerships told us over the phone that they had the vehicle, only for us to arrive and hear that it had “just sold”—or, in some cases, learn that they had never had it at all and were simply trying to get us into the showroom. Sheehy Hyundai was the most disappointing. They assured us they had the vehicle, but after we made the drive and explained the exact color combination we wanted, they quickly dismissed us when they realized it was not on their lot. Every dealership seemed interested only in selling us something they already had in inventory. That completely changed when we arrived at Pohanka Hyundai. Rod warmly welcomed us and genuinely listened to what we were looking for: a white Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited with a gray interior. Instead of trying to convince us to settle for another vehicle, Rod and Luis Lemus immediately went to work locating the exact Tucson my daughter wanted. Within 30 minutes, they told us they had found one and could have it ready for us that evening. My daughter completed the paperwork and applied for 100% financing online. When we returned that evening, the vehicle was ready. We completed the transaction with Joann Nolta in approximately 10 minutes, and Rod was waiting out front to personally deliver the car. The entire process was professional, efficient, honest, and completely stress-free. Rod, Luis, and Joann turned what had been a frustrating search into one of the easiest car-buying experiences we have ever had. I wish buying a new vehicle were this simple at every dealership. Pohanka Hyundai truly earned this five-star review.
