I would be interested to know how you plan to address this very serious issue you have. 1. The lie about the pricing of the car listed on CarGurus being "with trade-in only" (as Shah told me) was not displayed on the CarGurus website and was a blatant lie. I had read the ad very carefully before contacting your dealership because the price was lower than similar cars available from your competitors, and there was nothing even in the fine print about the price being dependent on trade-in, leasing, financing, or any other contingency. So that lie, at least, was obvious to me, since this was not the first car I have ever bought, nor the second, etc. But I'm sure Shah has gotten away with it before, and will absolutely try again. 2. The lie about using my own bank for financing was so bald-faced that clearly Shah has used this before and will use it again if he can. I'm ashamed I fell for it, but he did not even blink when he lied. The man could probably pass a lie-detector test and say the moon is made of cheese. 3. The lie about "interest free for the first month" was told to me both by Shah and repeated by the sales manager, so it is either company-wide lie or a complete lack of knowledge of your partner's, PNC's, auto loan policies. Either of those is a shameful company culture that management must be held responsible for. 4. Those racist statements that Shah made to me made me SO uncomfortable. He waited until we were alone to tell me, so obviously he knows he should not be saying it, but for him to admit it to me, a customer, a complete stranger, tells me that he most probably has revealed these racist tendencies to his coworkers, either by his words or his actions. And the fact that he said it to me at all made me feel scummy, because I can't believe he would say that to me unless he thought that I would think that attitude is okay. I have to believe he thought so based on the color of my skin, because I can't think of anything I said or did that would make him think I would feel the same way.
