Service was great but feedback was the worst during my last service. Found out my car was ready after several attempts to get a status on my car but nothing. My Tuscan broke down, fuel injectors were still covered under warranty and were replaced at a dealership south of Richmond. Daniel knew our budget and worked very hard to deliver a vehicle, maximizing available discounts at a price we could afford. We also had a very positive experience with Alex, who helped secure the financing for the vehicle. My wife, kids, and I are really enjoying our new Tucson hybrid.
