Buyers beware. I have been shopping for a new car for 3 weeks and asked for a quote for a 2022 fully loaded Santa Fe. I spoke with a yourng salesperson that I will leave nameless because I don't think thi weeks and asked for a quote for a 2022 fully loaded Santa Fe. I spoke with a yourng salesperson that I will leave nameless because I don't think this was his fault as he is just an internet sales representative that gets his quotes from and actual salesperson. When I received the quote, there was a market adjustment price...which is ridiculous but I understand it is a sellers market so whatever...but I also noticed they gave me an MSRP price that already includes a freight charge...but then they turned around and charged me a 2nd $1295 freight charge. Not cool Koons Woodbridge Hyundai! You folks have lost my business for sure and I hope you lose more based off of this review. It's no wonder your rating on dealerrater.com is in the low 3's. Stop assuming customers are ignorant and stupid and try to be honest for once in your life. And before you say this was a mistake...don't bother because your salesperson told me the first freight charge is factory to port and the 2nd freight charge is from port to dealership. Shame on you Koons Woodbridge Hyundai! More
