Overall experience was good, the salesman and sales manager really worked with us over the price. We bought our expedition on the 19th of December, and the only thing that could have been better is manager really worked with us over the price. I had a terrific experience with Korum Ford. My son and I came in to buy a new car with two specific things in mind: Great gas mileage and leather seats. I had looked online for a specific car, we drove that car and liked it, but my son saw one that he liked of the same kind, that turned out to have heated leather seats. It was a better color and kind of sporty looking. We love it!!!! Mike told us all about it and then Frank worked on the financing. We were there until 10pm because we didn't come in until 6:30pm, but they did not even rush us. I was sort of rushing them because I was worried about keeping them late. Frank was able to get terrific financing for us through ACU and was so very helpful and kind. Everyone at For that we met was so very kind and welcoming. I was sincerely impressed with my experience at Korum Ford. I had a specifically optioned 2012 F150 FX4 in mind and they helped me get the exact vehicle I wanted for a very good price. Also they gave me a significantly better number for my trade-in and a far better finance rate as compared to 3 other Ford dealers I'd been to. I'm usually a difficult person to deal with when it comes to buying cars to be honest but I had no real issues with my experience at Korum. The only thing I think that could be improved is the overall length of time it took to finish the deal from A-Z (total of about 6 hours). I have already given recommendations for people I know to go to Korum for their new Ford. Thanks again. -Gene More
