Good as always. We did have a 'qlitch' twice in last month with battery. They ran diagnostics twice and found nothing. We found a 2025 Hyndai Palisade at Krause Family Hyundai while shopping from out of state. Jose Pineda was AMAZING to work with! He answered every question we had. After doing plenty of research, we believe while shopping from out of state. Jose Pineda was AMAZING to work with! He answered every question we had. Paul was extremely helpful and considerate, taking the time to diagnose my car on a Saturday even though they don’t typically do many diagnostics that day. Easy fast scheduling of appointments. They even told me approximately how long it would take which was stated as an hour. The only challenge I had is I discussed how long the appointment would be as I had a doctor's appointment after the service one. I was assured on the phone couple days before I would be out of there. Unfortunately, it took almost 2 hours and I had to reschedule my doctor appointment. Wasn't ideal and I wasn't sure what was going on as when I reached out to my advisor via the text messaging I didn't get a response. Finally around the 2 hour mark he came and told me it was ready. I questioned what happened and he said they were pulled into a meeting. That wasn't his fault per se but would've been nice to have been updated prior to going in meeting and making me have to change a doctor's appointment. More
