Easy fast scheduling of appointments. They even told me approximately how long it would take which was stated as an hour. The only challenge I had is I discussed how long the appointment would be as I had a doctor's appointment after the service one. I was assured on the phone couple days before I would be out of there. Unfortunately, it took almost 2 hours and I had to reschedule my doctor appointment. Wasn't ideal and I wasn't sure what was going on as when I reached out to my advisor via the text messaging I didn't get a response. Finally around the 2 hour mark he came and told me it was ready. I questioned what happened and he said they were pulled into a meeting. That wasn't his fault per se but would've been nice to have been updated prior to going in meeting and making me have to change a doctor's appointment. More
