Last visit was more than disappointing. I am not sure I will request any work to be performed on my RAM there in the future. Perhaps the move to the new chrome and glass location with all the glitter brings with it the poor experience that I had. Very poor marks are appropriate in regards to communication and TRUST. As a long time and capable gear head I fear that I now will have to personally perform work on my RAM to insure that what I over paid for ( more than double the quote ) was done correctly. I had made arrangements with Andy and more than did my part in trying to insure the service that I wanted went smoothly. He was unavailable on the day of my appointment and everything went down hill from there. It really is a sad state. More
