Following the death of my dad last year, everyone in the service department was kind a My parents have been coming to Kundert for cars for many years. Following the death of my dad last year, everyone in the service department was kind and supportive of my mom, and did whatever they could to be helpful when we brought her cars in for service. When I went into the showroom to look at what was available for when my mom was looking for a new car, George really stepped up. He listened carefully to my concerns and wishes, and bent over backwards to offer solutions to make sure my mom would find the right car for her. When she was finally ready to purchase months later, George again helped us, and immediately put my mom at ease. He’s friendly and straightforward, and did not make us feel rushed or pressured. He’s adept at establishing good relationships with his customers-my mom loved him and really bonded with him-and knows the cars he’s talking about. He showed my mom a new model that had just come in, and it seemed like just the right fit for her and met her needs well. She had never bought a car without my dad, and George reassured her that he would only be an email or a phone call away if she has any questions or doesn’t understand something about her new car. I admit that we had initially encouraged my mom to shop around for a car that would be just right for her, but after our dealings with George and Kundert, we were so impressed, and really wanted to stay with Volvo so we could maintain the relationship with this great dealer.
