Pete thoroughly went over the work and charges and kept me informed as the work was being don I had several repairs that needed to be made to my S60. This car is everything we wanted and more. Sporty, yet safe... with a feeling of luxury the BMW didn't have. The dealership had a real "Family" feel... they took us around and introduced us by name to everyone there - from service, to front desk. Loved the experience.
