I tried putting my automatic transmission in the manual low gear mode to use the braking power of the engine and preserve my brakes. Chip told me that it's cheaper to replace my brakes than transmission. My old car got a clean bill of health. This is a destination dealership. Never a suggestion of unnecessary work and work performed here stands the test of time. More
