Worst I ever dealt with. Thier lack of knowledge of Duramax diesels and pick up trucks is unbelievable. They should not be selling them. Took 6 hrs to get truck ordered correctly. Took 5 months to get Duramax diesels and pick up trucks is unbelievable. They should not be selling them. Took 6 hrs to get truck ordered correctly. Took 5 months to get it. Accessories to be put on at dealer ordered incorrectly. When picked up truck 28 miles on odometer. Salesman said Thier should have only been 9-10 miles on it. No explanation for extra miles. Fuel tank was not full, Def tank was not full and the truck was dirty. Someone was driving it around. Now it does not run correctly and service department is of no use because they don't know how to fix a Duramax. Whish I would have gone to Lunch. More

I signed a deal and gave money down and was told the vehicle would be in the Monday before Christmas so I could surprise my wife. When Monday came around I was called and told that they could not get the car till after Christmas. Then when the day after Christmas rolled around I was told that they could not get the car at all. I went to another dealer and bought a Cadillac Escalade ESV. The only thing that went well was Dave Cornilianson tried to do his best to make it right. He was very professional and did a great job.
