I bought the first car on my list from what I believe to have been the best dealer on my list. Oil change and tire rotation Service desk clerk was new and when I had a question she told me to ask another clerk instead doing it herself. I asked her also regarding the courtesy driver and was told 15 minutes. Waited in the waiting area the 15 minutes and approached the cashier area. Asked about courtesy driver and was told it still would be an additional 20 minutes. During our conversation and mid sentence the phone rang. The clerk turn away from me without saying a thing and answered the phone. When she finished with her call she turned her attention back to me but at that time I needed to repeat everything again. The service itself on the vehicle was spot on. If this service center wasn’t so close to my home I would consider elsewhere. More
