I arrived about five minutes early; the advisor with whom I made the appointment (Joe) was not there. Another advisor (Steve) greeted me. Before signing any paperwork, I had four questions about this service and my Encore -- which seemed to annoy Steve, and who answered in a condescending fashion. Work seemed to be done in record time -- which makes me wonder just how thorough the work was. Once the work was complete, Joe -- much friendlier than Steve -- reviewed a checklist of vehicle items in detail. This was a merely okay experience for Buick-paid work -- but I'd be hesitant about going here for work for which I'd pay. More

My only complaint is that the "free car wash" SOUNDS like a nice perk, but the equipment is so bad that unless I come equipped to fully hand dry the car myself, the end resulting water spots from the dripping car make the vehicle look worse than before it was washed.
