Great Service I think John Paul's GMC offers trustworthy service at a fair price. They are very customer focused. I had an oil change; tire rotation; engine and cabin filters replaced, my back windshield wiper blade replaced, and a 27-point inspection, all for just over $147 without using any coupons. (GM provided rebates until the end of this month for the filters, blade, and oil change.).. I think the filters may have been a little overpriced, but I do not know how complicated it was to install them. The oil change and tire rotation was a good price, though. There was a nail in one of my tires, so I decided to not have the tire replaced yet (leak is very slow...takes about 30 days before I have to add air) to check on the price. John Paul's sent me a coupon promising to match the price of a new tire if I find it cheaper elsewhere, so I will probably have them replace the tire eventually. They inflated all my tires to 35 PSI, even though the all-wheel drive Vibe instructs to have the back tires inflated at 32 PSI, so I will have to call Service on Monday to see why they inflated all the tires to 35 PSI. I am assuming they had a good reason. I rate John Paul's GMC a 4 out of 5 stars, simply because I think the staff is used to me as a recurring, albeit, maybe neurotic customer, and they don't smother me with the customer service other dealerships do. Also, it took about three hours for the work to be done. In fairness, I scheduled only for an oil change and tire rotation. It was to their credit and goodness that they were willing to take care of the filters, blade, and tire on that day, a Friday, without having to reschedule the rest of the work for some day in the future. Another example of how they go above and beyond occurred last year, when GM refused to honor my rebate, because they did not like John Paul's invoice format. The GM rebate contractor claimed the invoice did not specifically indicate I had the requisite oil change. John Paul's GMC sent me a check for the rebate amount even though they did not have to, and even though the oil change reference was on the invoice. (Eventually, GM came through with the rebate in December or January, long after we remembered it.) I do highly recommend John Paul's GMC as a trustworthy and competent.dealership, and my choice for the Vibe. We take our Chevy to the place where we bought it, but I probably will go to John Paul's as my first choice if I have to buy another car in Wisconsin. More

I told them in this state I can have my car fixed at the place of my choice. I selected John Paul's Buick GMC. I have had JP's Body shop take care of me in the past and they have never disappointed. This time was no different. I once more had my vehicle fixed in a timely manner at John Paul's. Their attention to detail is incredible and they advocate for the customer when dealing with insurance companies. Ed and his team are the best! Thank you guys for turning a bad situation into a positive one with your service. More

Don't go unless you're made of money! While the staff was courteous, the estimate of $5,000 was ridiculous! We found other places for 1/3 the price so we went elsewhere for service.
