This time a very good Service Writer ensured my vehicle was properly and accurately diagnosed. With a part called a "rod kit" replaced the steering wheel no longer wobbles. Friendly efficient service I had a positive experience at my last oil change. I was just disappointed they wouldn't wash my car. I was told because it was too cold they didn't w I had a positive experience at my last oil change. I was just disappointed they wouldn't wash my car. I was told because it was too cold they didn't want to be responsible for anything freezing. 28 degrees and sun was out.. 3 car washes on my way home were open with long lines of cars waiting. I paid for one of those washes and had no problems. Felt that was a cop out. More
