We talked about price and it was exactly what the appointment scheduler had told me (No surprises). I received a complementary car washed, which I loved and appreciated. My vehicle looked beautiful! Our sales person was Lisa Kaluzny, and she was so friendly and knowledgeable, I thought I would feel intimidated, but Lisa was so easy to work with. She answered all our questions and made sure we knew how the bells and whistles in the Envision worked. Very impressed, would recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a new car from John Paul. What impressed me most, was that Lisa said her help wouldn't stop after we bought the car, she would be there for us whenever we had a question, no matter how small it was. She would be there for us.
