We went to Kunes Country Ford in Antioch just to look at bigger vehicles after the birth of our son. We brought my little two door for trade in if the right vehicle was on the lot. He was friendly and very professional while keeping things a little light hearted. That was nice since we were looking at a new car payment that we didn't previously have. Jon did everything he could to keep our payments down while getting us the new car we really wanted. We ended up driving away in a new Ford Escape in the color we had our heart set on. They were great at the paperwork. We were only there for an hour and drove away in our new car. On the way home we noticed a couple things wrong and when my wife called to ask if they would fix them she wa an hour and drove away in our new car. Considering we drove almost 2 hours to this dealership it is very disappointing. More

Horace and the whole team worked extremely hard to get us the vehicles we needed whil the trade-in and purchase of two cars for my son and ourselves. I would recommend dealing with Jim Kaiser when visiting this location. His ethics, personality and positive attitude did provide the only positive experience at Kunes Country Ford that I had. I had dropped by at lunch to look at a Ford Ranger that was parked street side. Ultimately, I decided to purchase a newer and much nicer vehicle. The buying experience was a long and drawn out process. It felt as if only Jim cared when I expressed that I could not spend any more than the three hours I had already been there. I was spending $10,000 and paying in cash. Why it would take 3.5 hours is beyond me. The "boss" who had to approve deal, spent 15 minutes talking sports with co worker while I stood there waiting for yes or no answer. The "Missing" finance person who was to do the paperwork and was called 4 times on loudspeaker. When I did finally meet him, most of the paperwork was wrong. So now I have my Kunes Country Ford Ranger...Not only was vehicle NOT ready when I got there, I was provided only one key! Now, for those of you that have had a "Chipped" key, you know that I now have to go to the dealer or locksmith and drop additional money After driving back to work (Less than 1 mile away) I was surprised to see that back tail light was cracked...I for sure would have seen that when deciding to spend my hard earned cash. I wont ever go back, not for a second key, a tail light or service. I never seen such poor customer service in any type of service facility. If you want to be treated like you do not matter or that you are doing someone a favor by spending your money, then Kunes Country Ford is the place for you.....If you believe that each and every customer deserves to be treated fairly and with respect, find yourself another dealer.
