We wanted her to take her time and not feel pressured into anything. At Kyner's, she spotted an orange Honda Fit and really liked its sportiness, color, and size. After researching the car online, we went back to Kyner's on Monday evening and were fortunate enough to have Andrew Hipsley as our sales person. Andrew was very friendly and helpful without being the least bit pushy. (Nothing will drive us from a dealership faster than an overbearing sales person.) He understood that we wanted to look only at the Fit. During the test drive, he filled us in on a lot of the information about the car. When we got back to the dealership, he gave us space to discuss things with our daughter. She decided to buy the Fit, and Andrew was great in explaining all of the "next steps" to her. He treated her as the customer without excluding us. The purchase went smoothly and quickly. We couldn't have been happy with our experience at Kyner's with Andrew. More
