Cassie was very helpful and accommodating. The vehicle we wanted was at an affiliated location, instead of sending us there, she retrieved the truck. LaFontaine has been my "go to" vehicle service department for years. My last appointment did not go well. I had a Mopar coupon with their name on it and was told it would be applied after the service. That d for years. My last appointment did not go well. I had a Mopar coupon with their name on it and was told it would be applied after the service. That didn't happen and the customer service rep told me I needed to purchase it prior to having the service performed. It felt like a bait and switch. Secondly, I had two open recalls and was told it could all be completed while the original service was done on my vehicle. 3.5-4 hours later the work was finally done. This was my first issue in 10+ years of using their service center and I will still go back but will be very cautious of what the CSR tells me. More
