LaFontaine has been my "go to" vehicle service department for years. My last appointment did not go well. I had a Mopar coupon with their name on it and was told it would be applied after the service. That d for years. My last appointment did not go well. I had a Mopar coupon with their name on it and was told it would be applied after the service. That didn't happen and the customer service rep told me I needed to purchase it prior to having the service performed. It felt like a bait and switch. Secondly, I had two open recalls and was told it could all be completed while the original service was done on my vehicle. 3.5-4 hours later the work was finally done. This was my first issue in 10+ years of using their service center and I will still go back but will be very cautious of what the CSR tells me. More
