They had the vehicles I was interested in ready for me to go, med the test drives easy and the purchase was about. Some upselling but not to much and no pressure! Very impressed. I received a recall, took the car in for evaluation, they ordered the parts and called to schedule the repair. I needed transportation from and bac I received a recall, took the car in for evaluation, they ordered the parts and called to schedule the repair. I needed transportation from and back to the dealership which was readily provided. The only issue i had was when I called in to see how the job was progressing, I was put on hold and waited 38.inutes!!! True, I could have hung up and called another time, but I was curious as to how long they would leave me on hold. Much too long. More

Took too long, was told it was going to take way less time. And they did not even give me the whole coupon off my bill. I had a coupon for oil change and tire rotation for $59.95 and was only discounted time. And they did not even give me the whole coupon off my bill.
