I brought my vehicle in for a IPC issue where the panel could just turn off randomly during the operation of the vehicle. I was told that there could be an issue where the panel does not update properly an could just turn off randomly during the operation of the vehicle. I was told that there could be an issue where the panel does not update properly and I could be without my vehicle for maybe a month. When I said if that was the case I would need a rental or loaner vehicle I was told "I won't have a loaner vehicle for a month and a half." Based on the severity of this issue and if my vehicle became inoperable due to their software failure I don't think this is acceptable. It is the dealers responsibility make sure I have a vehicle and having me wait a month and a half for an issue that could cause me to crash my vehicle, left me very unsatisfied. More
