Excellent service! Zaddy Zane and the service team always treat me like a princess when I arrive. My service needs are handled in a timely fashion and if I ever have a Zaddy Zane and the service team always treat me like a princess when I arrive. I have set up appointments and just walked in for service work, my car was always ready before the promised time. My only complaint would be the fact this location is the only Lafontaine service center I have visited that is not air conditioned. It not only would be nice as a customer to not have to stand in a hot garage while being helped but why is Lafontaine making their service advisors work in heat like that? During my visit was a heat wave and I cannot imagine how difficult it must have been for employees to assist customers properly in those conditions. Why does Ford, GMC and the new Chrysler Okemos location have AC and this one does not????? Besides that 5 stars to Zaddy Zane, the entire service department, the lot attendants, the technicians and of course the guys in parts doing their big ones! I love and appreciate everyone at this location and will continue to bring my vehicles here for service. More

I arrived 10:15 for 10:30 oil change and tire rotation. Thirty minutes later the write up person asked me if I wanted the cabin and engine air filter changed I said fine. It’s now going on 12:00. They didn’t have the cabin filter so they had to go to the auto parts store, I said forget it I have to go. $144 later which I have never paid for an oil change and air filter.
