I was told my vehicle would be done the same day (Friday). I texted and left a voicemail on Saturday, but got no response. So instead of a matter of hours not having a car, it went on for more than (Friday). I texted and left a voicemail on Saturday, but got no response. I called and left another voicemail, after attempting to wait for the advisor to pick up (both times I called), on Monday morning. I got a text alert and email that my car was done, but still didn't get a call. I called them a 3rd time (on Monday afternoon) and decided to speak to whomever answered the phone - they confirmed it was ready, but then they tried to charge me for an oil change that was initially agreed upon to be covered under the Jeep Wave program. They told me since the invoice had been created they couldn't cancel it. I pointed out the fact that, that isn't my fault... a manager finally said that it would be no charge. When I went to pick up the vehicle, they tried to charge me again for the oil change and I had to re-explain the situation again. More
