Had service on my vehicle oil change tire rotation air filter change and tune up. Said had to have a BG fuel system service if getting a tune up. Also requested inspection. Total was 1037.12. Did no filter change and tune up. Said had to have a BG fuel system service if getting a tune up. Also requested inspection. Total was 1037.12. Did not get a new air filter and jeep is now making aloud sound in the right rear plus when driving on the freeway will hesitate and then go again. I am less than pleased. Completed a comment to LaFontaine and got a call more about buying a car rather than rectifying issue. More

The staff seemed cordial and competent, particularly Xavier Bender. My principal criticism, though, is that your policy is to force me to pre-pay your credit card processing fees.
