My oil change experience was very good with no problems, However, sorry to say, I find your service cumbersome. Your process takes over an hour. Other oil changes services - a half hour. Yours includes making an apppointment, arriving, register with service attendant, take my car away, then wait in waiting room. Others you simply pull in, they change the oil, done.
