Appointment was for recall and they did not have parts when I got there. They should not make an appointment unless they have the parts. Was told that the appointment was made through AI and I was not rea when I got there. They should not make an appointment unless they have the parts. Second rear main seal in 20,000 miles. When I got my jeep back it was rattling like crazy. Crawled under it and found 7 loose bolts in a quick inspection. Took my jeep back to get checked over as I don’t trust what they did if that many bolts where loose/hanging. They found more bolts loose and tightened them. When I was called to pick it up they told it would be 168$. I refused to pay for what they didn’t do correctly. I told them they should offer me gas and a car wash for me having to come all the way back in and go without my vehicle for 3 more days. I got nothing. More
