Awful service Nothing positive I can really say other than the vehicle was eventually fixed. It took 6 weeks from drop off to pick up. I asked multiple times for them to let me know when a rental opened up and I never heard from them. To top it off when I finally went to pick up my vehicle it took an hour and a half for them to pull it around to the front for me. I will never get my vehicle fixed here again and likely avoid all LaFontaine locations. More

When they wouldn't hold a car for 1-2 days so I could have a mechanic look at it, I purchased it anyway, thinking it needed a bit of front end work, that I hoped to do a bit each year on this low-use second car. Turned out to need over $4,000 in suspension work and it was all interrelated ... needed tires, but if suspension not fixed it would destroy tires, etc. They refused to buy it back from me, even at considerably less than I paid. Then they said they would have vehicles for me to test drive this morning. THEY HAD NOTHING! Total waste of my time. I have found this to be true of both Lafontaine dealerships in the Lansing area.
