I made an online appointment on Thursday, and was told the first available appointment was on Monday at 7:30 am. I was asked online if I would drop off or wait. Since all I needed was a tech with a laptop the first available appointment was on Monday at 7:30 am. I was asked online if I would drop off or wait. Since all I needed was a tech with a laptop to add a sales code to the car’s computer, a 15 minute job, I said I’d wait. When I got there at 7:20, there were already 5 cars ahead of me, so I didn’t see the service manager until 7:55. I was told it would be a minimum two hour wait so I left the car. It was ready at 1 pm. The car was washed, which was a nice touch, but I was charged 1 hour labor plus shop supplies for a 15 minute job. But I was quoted one hour, so I can’t complain too much. More
