Terrible Customer Service!!!!! Your credit score determines your treatment at this dealer. They will promise you the moon to get you in thier dealership. Your salesperson is nowhere to be found!! I drove over an hour just to get there! Promised a brand new car, best possible price on my trade, "it's the end of the month, Drew Tompkins can do anything to get you in your new car"! "We are the home of GUARANTEED FINANCING!! This dealer Discriminates against people with less than perfect credit!! Discrimination does NOT only apply to Color, Race and Sex, it applies to anyone who gets treated differently than someone else whos after the same result!!!!! More

Treated like family. Bought my jeep before LaFontaine sold them. I made the purchase in Cheboygan. I have taken my jeep here since my first oil change in 2012. The service staff has always treated me like I have known them for 30 years. One summer day I took my jeep in for an oil change. Doors and top off I figured It would only take a few minutes. When I was informed that the oil filter housing broke it took me a minute to realize my jeep was going to be there for a week. Service Advisor Costel assured me that they would take care of my vehicle while I was gone out of town and store it inside. Upon my return I was very pleased that my vehicle was fixed and clean. My wife and I have now purchased Two Ram trucks here and I am looking forward to my next jeep purchase. The staff here are top notch. More
