We don't often like the news but the service advisor need to delivery it. I have always asked for Mike Weinstein. Last visit I called in advance to have a part replaced. He checked for part in stock and gave me a verbal quote of $160. I brought car in and signed up for $160 part replacement. Upon inspection he and tech determined issue could be repaired for $36. Done in one hour. That's honesty and that is service! More
