I'm very sorry you had a less than favorable experience in our service department. If you could provide me your name and contact information I would love to review the estimate our service advisors prepared for you and give you a clear explanation of what our technician found on your vehicle. Since I have not been able to review your work order I'm not sure what type of noise you were experiencing but I can tell you it is the technician's job to perform a complete inspection of your vehicle. Our goal has always been to provide our customers with a complete explanation of our advertising as well our competitors. It was not our intention to confuse you, we simply wanted to provide you all available options and let you decide what vehicle best suits your needs. As for the trade-in, we use a third party appraisal tool that helps us set a value on all our trades. It uses the internet to shop 10,000+ websites that have "like" vehicles listed for sale. We then provide our customers with a value based on real time market values. When looking at numbers with a trade-in it's important that you look at difference figures. Some dealers choose to inflate their purchase price in order to give more for the trade-in. If the dealer gives you more on trade yet the new car was more expensive, did you really get more on trade? Again, I sorry our salesperson did not explain this to you during your visit. I can only hope that in the future you'll give us another chance to earn your business.
