I called the dealership Service Department at 3:00 p.m. and they took me in at 4:00 p.m.. They were very busy and squeezed me in. Dean Decker, Service Advisor, met me as soon I drove in the Service Department. He assessed the problem, told me the cost and took care of it. I have always had my Chrysler Sebring 2010 serviced there since I purchased it there. Mike, my original Service Advisor, was also there taking care another costumer.
