Tire warranty replacement help. I caught a nail in one of my tires last week. I talked with Dean and scheduled a 615pm appointment. At lunch break I went to Suburban in Ann Arbor a I caught a nail in one of my tires last week. I talked with Dean and scheduled a 615pm appointment. At lunch break I went to Suburban in Ann Arbor and discovered that the location of the nail would require a tire replacement. The tire was not in stock and would have to be ordered. I live near Shuman and would have to get the work done there. I talked with Tim and he worked with Chris in parts to get the tire there by 5pm. I showed up late at 640pm and Tim was there to take care of me. The service was excellent from beginning to end. That is why I will always service my jeep at Shuman. Thanks. More

Chris greeted me for my appointment and was on time to discuss my vehicle and it's maintenance. His friendly and informative nature was great on a morning that me, a busy mom of 2, was shuffling cars , kids and life. My car was serviced, washed and ready promptly at pick up later that day. I have hesitated taking my previous cars in to the dealership for basic services for fear that heightened prices or unnecessary services would be pushed upon me, but Chris definitely changed my perspective. Car troubles are never convenient, but I feel confident that I will return to Shuman and hopefully work with Chris and his team again. More
