This was appreciated and necessary due to my situation. Some dealers won't give you that attention until you come into the showroom. She was different. She trusted that I was serious about making a deal. She understood the details of the transaction, and helped me settle on which options made sense, and how to order the vehicle. She kept me in the loop on order status and set up delivery when it was convenient for me. Awesome job by her and the finance team. I would highly recommend her as a salesperson, and this dealership. Chris and Andrew performed work to the car in a hurry when I had a family emergency drastically changed my schedule. I would recommend this dealership and I compared to several other Jeep dealers in the western Detroit suburbs. The only negative comment I have is their "half tank" policy. For something which would only cost the dealer another $20-$25 per new car sale the negative impression this can give to a customer purchasing a $30,000+ vehicle is astounding. Upper management at the dealership needs to rethink this policy immediately. More
