These folks really saved the day!! On my way home from work last Friday, my truck began acting strangely. All the lights came on the dashboard, the speedometer stuck, and the ABS engage On my way home from work last Friday, my truck began acting strangely. All the lights came on the dashboard, the speedometer stuck, and the ABS engaged, all while trying to keep driving. I was truly scared that it would die in the middle of traffic. Thankfully, the truck got me to the dealer and my Durango literally died in the doorway of the service bay at Shuman's on the Friday before July 4th. I was a little rattled to say the least!. The service guy, Mike Weinstein, was awesome. He said'that they would take care of my truck, he walked me in towards the customer lounge and called the rental car shuttle to come get me. Mike called the next day and they had been able to find a replacement alternator. He worked hard to do this for me, all on the holiday weekend. I really was impressed with how quickly and efficiently the work got done, and I will definitely be going back there again! More
