I was checking out the Durango on the showroom floor when Nick Dalsasso approached and asked if I needed any help. Nick is easy to talk to and spent a lot of time listening to me. He got to know what I was looking for, what else I was considering, and asked clarifying questions to make sure that he did, in fact, understand what I really wanted. He went over some options with me and soon put me behind the wheel of a Durango for a test drive.
