Garret the Texting Salesman! I've been to the dealership many times over the course of my life. Every single time it's taken me hours and hours from start to finish. I get there. I get assigned a salesman. I, figure out what I want, listen to the sales pitch of what options I can have, what color, what I can get for JUST a bit more. This time I was hoping for it to be different. I have three young kids and I knew what I wanted. I wanted the Pacifica. I went online and went to the chat feature of their website and said I wanted the Pacifica. A few minutes later Garret texts me and just says, "Hey Ryan it's Garret. If you could send me a picture of your registration to the lease you're about to turn in, and your license, I can get everything started for you!" It was so no-nonsense. He sent me the credit application. I sent him everything he needed. I even paid my downpayment and my license plate renewal over the phone. By the time I actually got to the dealership all I had to do was shake his hand and sign some financing paperwork. I was home in less than an hour. This time I took in my Jeep for not one but two nails in two different tires. I had purchased an extended tire warranty with road hazard from another dealership.
