Above and beyound outstanding customer service On Sat. 6/3 I was taking my wife to urgent care to be treated for a fall. She laid her drivers license and medical cards on the console of our 2014 Ch On Sat. 6/3 I was taking my wife to urgent care to be treated for a fall. She laid her drivers license and medical cards on the console of our 2014 Chrysler Town & Country. Upon arriving at urgent care we discovered that her license slid through opening of console sliding door and was inside console somewhere. It was 2:30 pm, almost closing time, we arrived at Shuman, explained our problem, and the service write up man Jeff , and mechanic Patrick jumped into action. They were able to remove the console and retrieve her license and in 15 minutes we were on our way to urgent care. my sincere thank you to both of them. More

Out of state purchase We drove 3 hours for the perfect truck for my husband. It was well worth the drive. Everyone was so helpful even before we got there. My husband was able to text back and forth with our salesman and get stuff in the works. Our visit to drive the car and start the paperwork was great. Small glitch with us showing up late/ being the holiday weekend/being out of state delayed the paperwork but everyone was so attentive and we worked out a plan. A few days later our truck was delivered to us and all of the paperwork was complete. Could not have asked for better service. Thank you all so much!! More
