Rectified I had recently leased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. 7 days and 178miles later, I had a transmission malfunction that left me with much concern. I was beginning to question if going with Jeep (Son of GM Retirees) was the right way to go considering I have been a very loyal GM customer. During the troubleshoot/repair process I was growing more and more anxious with the service process. However, after a few frustrating days (again, I had the car all of 7 days), I was informed that the failing part was replaced and the car was "re-delivered" to me as if it was a brand new car. Thank you Dean (Service Rep) & Jeremy (Salesman) for rectifying a frustrating situation. Shuman is definitely a "local" dealership with its interests in keep our little region of Metro Detroit "Jeep Country". More
