Excellent service; no pressure I was put in contact with this dealer through Costco's discount program. Justin reached out to me within a day of my inquiry with Costco and we arran I was put in contact with this dealer through Costco's discount program. Justin reached out to me within a day of my inquiry with Costco and we arranged for a visit. I was skeptical because the dealership was over an hour from my home (and I pass about 10 dealerships to get there), but it turned out to be worth the drive. I was upfront with Justin from the onset that I was about 6 months away from buying anything and had various discounts (i.e. this wasn't going to be a terribly profitable sale) but Justin didn't blow me off and took about 2 hours to walk through all of the options and essentially build my dream Jeep. He saved the info and told me he would follow up with me around the time I would need to order the Jeep for delivery by the end of my existing lease. Justin followed through and worked through all of the details with me on the phone. After the order was placed, Justin kept me informed of the status throughout, including emails when the Jeep was built and when it was delivered (including pictures of the Jeep!). He worked with me to get a time that fit my schedule to drive out and pick the Jeep up. Justin made it a great experience. It didn't end there - the paperwork was handled in a very professional manner by the finance manager. There was no pressure to buy any of their add ons (the ones every dealer offers). They simply offered them and left us to decide what we wanted to get. And said if we didn't get it then we could always come back and add it later. I hate high pressure and really appreciated how they handled it. More
