(Stay Away) Non-Warranty Service Repair Bought a new 2016 Willy's Jeep from Shuman Chrysler, my son also purchased an identical 2016 Willeys jeep just a few weeks later, but in the two door Bought a new 2016 Willy's Jeep from Shuman Chrysler, my son also purchased an identical 2016 Willeys jeep just a few weeks later, but in the two door model (Thats Two Jeeps) My jeep had less than 20,000 miles and its still under warranty, but its been in the shop for repairs almost as much as its been on the road. Lots and lots of bad things have gone wrong with my jeep including transmission, rear end, shifter, air bags, safety restraints, engine dash lights remain on, etc. The engine dash light came on again today, just three weeks after Shuman fixed the same problem just three weeks earlier. I called Shumans to schedule another appointment for repair. The service manager Kyle, said he's not going to work on my jeep anymore and that that I'm to take the jeep to a different Chrysler dealership from this point forward. I purchased my jeep from Shuman Chrysler last year and I live less than 1 mile from the purchased dealership, its a terrible inconvenience and shame that I would have to take my vehicle to a different dealership for repairs. [continued below].... Report Attachments: ..... Truthfully, I dont even know where theres another Chrysler dealership... I've requested copies of all service repairs Shuman did to my jeep. I also respectfully requested they send me a legal letter stating they will no longer service my vehicle thats still under warranty. Yes, I do plan on filing suit if this cannot be resolved soon because my check engine light is still on. Ironically, I found out this evening from my son that Shuman Chrysler had told him the very same, just several weeks earlier, unbeknownst to me.... My son was also told he's no longer permitted to bring his 2016 Jeep thats still under warranty back either. I wonder how many others this is and has happened to? Perhaps this is a class action suit in the making... Please feel free to respond now, or write my campaign starting in July if you've had the same shameful experiences with Shuman Chrysler. To make matters even worse my family has provided this dealership two 2016 jeep sales in the same year. Fast, Efficient Service Appointment I called the service department this morning hoping I could get in today for an oil change and tire rotation. I specifically wanted to go to Shuman, I called the service department this morning hoping I could get in today for an oil change and tire rotation. I specifically wanted to go to Shuman, because they schedule their service work by appointment instead of a "drive-in,on-demand, first-come first-served" basis. Jeff checked the schedule and asked if I could bring it in at noon. I was delighted to actually have an appointment on such short notice and booked it. When I checked in, they asked me if I intended to wait for the vehicle, so I inquired as to how long it would take to do the work. They told me to figure about 45-60 minutes. I settled in, brought some busywork to pass the time--then they paged me saying the vehicle was done and I should go to the cashier window. I was quite surprised since it hadn't even been 30 minutes yet. I verified that they had a chance to do all the work, inspections, etc, in that length of time and the cashier showed me the paperwork as I was paying for the services completed. The staff was courteous, helpful, and thorough--although the charges seemed a bit on the high side. I will definitely return to this dealer when I need further work and would recommend Jeff and the other staff to anyone seeking a dependable dealer to do business with. More

Warranty repair service Very good. I had 2 items to repair; AC condenser leak and a heated steering wheel switch that was hard to push and sticky. Chris O. workmanship was Very good. I had 2 items to repair; AC condenser leak and a heated steering wheel switch that was hard to push and sticky. Chris O. workmanship was excellent, cannot tell he had to R & R the condenser or the switch assembly. Looks and works like factory original, no witness marks on fasteners or misrouted lines (I know automobiles, been in the business almost 40 years). Jeff called me a couple of times on progress and suggested how I could get vehicle back if I could not make it to dealership before they closed. One suggestion - with road construction my work is about 1.5 hours from dealer during rush hour, call me earlier so I have time to react. Especially with M5 closed. More
