When my husband mentioned that he would like to go over to their overflow lot to look around, Chris gave us the keys to a super Challenger, he knew my husband liked, to drive over there. Wow!! While we were waiting for our application approval, Chuck Dufort checked in with us to make sure we didn't need anything, making sure we had coffee if we wanted it and also that we were comfortable while we waited. DJ Daenzer was also very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with the financing of our vehicle. We met with salesman Nick Dalsasso and he answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. We felt like he had our best interest in mind at every step in the buying process. Not only did we get my wife the Jeep Wrangler she wanted, we also got our daughter a Jeep Patriot. We live about an hour away from the Shuman dealership but it's was well worth the time of the drive. A+ experience and I would very much recommend them to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle.
