Excellent Service Daprtment I recently purchased a new Jeep Wrangler. I was having problems with the key and ignition switch. I dropped the Jeep off yesterday, April 17, expect I recently purchased a new Jeep Wrangler. I was having problems with the key and ignition switch. Service Needed I stopped by on 4/17/17 because I was having trouble with my key fob. Mike Weinstein took care of me right away. It was determined that the key fob n I stopped by on 4/17/17 because I was having trouble with my key fob. Mike Weinstein took care of me right away. It was determined that the key fob needed to be replaced. Mike wrote me up right away and had Tyler program the new fob. I was back on the road in under an hour! No surprise, the service department at Shuman is the best!! More

Oil change and tire rotation was easy-peasy. I dropped in at the service depart a couple hours after they opened and they gave my Chrysler 200 an oil change and tire rotation. We just bought a 2017 Jeep Cherokee and it was a great experience. Our salesman, Joe Nikels, wasn't pushy and was fair to negotiate with. He took time to walk us through all the features on the vehicle and made sure our car was washed. We would definitely buy from him again. We went to other dealerships first and they had a lot of crazy fees. You won't find that at Shuman's. More
