A couple of weeks ago the battery light went o Bought a 2012 Chrysler 200 a little over a year ago, and everything about the buying process was great. A couple of weeks ago the battery light went on and a few miles later the car ended up dying, thinking it was probably the alternator. I called Shuman to take advantage of the warranty we purchased and they took care of us quickly and professionally. The battery was the original battery in the car and needed to be replaces, but the charging system failed and took out the alternator. All was covered under the warranty except the battery which needed replacing anyway. The guys at Shuman have always taken great care of us and we look forward to continuing to deal with Mike W. in the service department, and a big thank you to Doug F. for performing the service quickly, got our car back in less than 24 hours!
